Vegetable Bean Soup

7 ounces green chiles -- chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
30 ounces fat-free refried beans, Rosarita
28 ounces diced tomatoes, Hunt's
49 1/2 ounces vegetable broth
1/4 cup lime juice -- no sugar added
2 bay leaves
1. In 4-quart saucepan, saute onion, chiles, cilantrao and garlic in hot oil until onion is tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
